Our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport early in the morning and drive to the world-famous Masai Mara with a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. You will pass the town of Narok across stunning, beautiful landscapes. Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and check-in. Your driver guide will take you on an exciting game-viewing drive in the afternoon. With some luck, you will have time to spot lions, cheetahs, and other spectacular predators.

Main Destination: Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day, you can go on a full-day game drive in Mara with a picnic lunch; otherwise, you can go on an early morning and afternoon game drive. You can opt for a hot-air balloon (direct payment) in the early morning. Optional visits (direct payment) to the local Maasai Village are conducted between the game drives.

The trees in the distance might be a family of giraffes. Those clumps of bushes might be a pride of lions, and the rock that moves might be a rhino lumbering out of your way. With diligence and some luck, you may encounter a family of cheetahs or a herd of elephants crossing your path. Large animals are not the only entertainment – a family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup.

This is the last day of your safari, at least for now. We’d love to welcome you back to enjoy another Africa safari with us. After breakfast, you will drive back to Nairobi for lunch, and after that, you will be dropped off at the airport or hotel of your choice
