Keneddy was born and raised in Iringa, South-Central Tanzania. He started his wildlife career during his college years in 2012, honing his skills while working in Ruaha National Park. There, he received training in wildlife and birding tourism under FGASA before transitioning to the renowned Selous Game Reserve and later to the northern regions of Tanzania.

As a trainee under the Field Guide Association of Southern Africa, Keneddy’s upbringing in a family of farmers and pastoralists endowed him with an innate understanding of wildlife, cultivated during his childhood spent seeking pasture lands. From hunting birds with slingshots and traps in his youth, he has evolved into a proud conservationist and safari guide.

With extensive experience in both the Northern and Southern Safari circuits, coupled with participation in various wildlife training sessions, Keneddy continually enriches his birding knowledge. Today, his family and friends recognize his deep passion for birding and nature, which he enthusiastically shares with guests he hosts.

Keneddy is an experienced guide who has traversed much of East Africa in pursuit of birds and wildlife. He firmly believes that guiding is about evoking positive emotions and leaving guests with memorable experiences.
